Asus Splendid always crash on startup (Windows 10 and 11)

System: Asus Expertbook B1400CEPE
Battery or AC: Both
Model: B1400CEPE
Frequency of occurrence: Upon entering windows (first boot and after restart)
Reset OS: Windows 10 and 11

========================
Detailed description:
Crash always occur on startup of Windows. This happens when Asus System Control Interface version is 3.1.0.0 or higher (3.1.1.0, and the latest 3.1.2.0).
It doesn't happen in version 3.0.22.0. So, temporary remedy is to roll back Asus System Control Interface to version 3.0.22.0. But it keeps updating itself to the newest version.
Tried updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and problem still the same. Dear Asus, please look at version 3.0.22.0 and apply to the latest version, because v3.0.22.0 doesn't have Asus Splendid crashes.

I think this guy here has the same problem:
TD47

My Asus X712EA gets frequent 0xc0000005 being reported in the Windows Error Reports. Usually whenever my laptop reboots. The OS is Windows 10 21H2 OS Build 19044.1586. I have the latest Asus software, and BIOS X712EA.306.

The AsusTru2Life.dll ( version 4.0.7.4) is called by AsusSplendid.exe (version 2.1.24.0), that uses AsusSplendid.dll version 8.11.0.1.0.

I suspect that the AsusTru2Life.dll ( version 4.0.7.4) is buggy.

Hi Raju,

I'm at V3.0.22.0, and my AsusSplendid.exe is indeed signed by Asus and Microsoft.

Could you please check your Reliability Monitor to make sure that AsusSplendid did not crash in the background. Because in my case, no crash dialog appear.

I see Asus has release MyASUS Splendid Version V5.0.0.261 (May 20th) "ICC profile to support MyASUS Splendid and Tru2Life feature", (I'm not allowed to post the link, but you might be able to search of Asus site)
Not sure if it is related or not to the crash.
To install
unzip it
open cmd windows with Administrator privilege
in command window use "cd" to go there then
then type .\Install.bat
