========================
Detailed description:
Crash always occur on startup of Windows. This happens when Asus System Control Interface version is 3.1.0.0 or higher (3.1.1.0, and the latest 3.1.2.0).
It doesn't happen in version 3.0.22.0. So, temporary remedy is to roll back Asus System Control Interface to version 3.0.22.0. But it keeps updating itself to the newest version.
Tried updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and problem still the same. Dear Asus, please look at version 3.0.22.0 and apply to the latest version, because v3.0.22.0 doesn't have Asus Splendid crashes.

Hi there,

May I know how did you update Splendid?

Please update Splendid via MyASUS to the latest version.

Thank you.

Yes, always via MyASUS. In fact, it is always updating by itself after notification in MyASUS appear or opening MyASUS app. There is no option to reject the updates. That's why my temporary solution is to always roll back Asus System Control Interface driver to v3.0.22.0 whenever it updating itself.

Hi there,
Please help confirm when
MySUS update to 3.1.3.0,
ASCI update to 3.1.2.0,
Splendid update to 2.1.24.0
can resolve your issue?

If not, please try go to device manager completely remove ASCI driver and reinstall.
Thank you.

Hi,
I just tried to remove ASCI driver and ticking "Delete the driver software for this device" to completely remove the driver files. Then updating to the current version as you mentioned. As you can see from the screenshots, it's immediately crashed, and keeps crashing everytime Windows started.
