I bought ROG flow x16 today and it says the serial is already registered. in the armory crate and asus website as well, could this mean this product is refurbished and I am second owner?

I have the same problem! Cannot register Zenfone 8: it says the serial number is already registered! Sorry but the support here about this is zero!
