Hi. we recently bought a B7 flip and we're having issues with the trackpad numpad funtion. The numpad works but it does not illuminate. It illuminated a couple times, which felt random, and now we can't figure out how to have it lit again. Pressing the numpad button does activate it, and pressing it again does deactivate it.
On another note: your password complexity on the website is not working. Tried 20 different passwords, with symbols, without, not more than 4 numbers/letters in a row, with capitals and without, between 8 and 25 characters and beyond......NOTHING WORKS. I was forced to use my microsoft account to register, which i do not appreciate.

Like mentioned in the OP, the keypad was working. Its the backlight that wasnt. Complete re-install of all Asus softwares and touchpad drivers and reboot seems to have fixed the issue for now.

@FranckR
Please first check if you have pressed the function key located on the top right of the NumPad to toggle the function.
If the issue persists, we recommend removing the Numpad device, reinstalling the drivers, and confirming.
