Asus BR1100FA......keyboard keeps stop functioning?

Model: Asus BR1100FA
Frequency of occurrence: Every couple of days
Reset OS:

Detailed description：as it says, I know I've read all the fixes. Uninstalling and rebooting....but they way it's is absolutly ridiculous! Way way too much. I haven't even had this 6 months. 'Has latest drivers updated.

This is my first laptop, this can't be normal?
