RAJU.MSC.MATHEMATICSThese actions did not lead to success. The laptop is still inoperable after attempting to go to sleep. It's impossible to wake him up. Only a long press of the power button allows you to restart the laptophttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/212094#Comment_212094
At first drain power from battery completely, then disconnect all external devices connected to laptop, including charger, then press and hold power button for 120 seconds and then release the button.
Then connect Charger to laptop, allow the charge to 30 minutes, then disconnect charger, power on laptop.

RAJU.MSC.MATHEMATICSYes, the laptop uses an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz. Now I tried to install the video adapter driver 30.0.101.1934 (you suggest installing it in a similar topic). Note that if I completely uninstall the video adapter driver and use the base Microsoft video adapter, then the laptop works as expected (except for screen resolution, etc.).https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/212136#Comment_212136

Also i suspected many applications are running background and consuming lots amount of RAM memory, this results gives freeze..
Two more things , many tasks are started and running continuously without your knowledge.
