Hello David,

Which ASUS driver update do you mean?

The ASUS MB Series USB Monitor Driver for Windows OS driver version10.0 on below website?

https://www.asus.com/Displays-Desktops/Monitors/ZenScreen/ZenScreen-MB16AC/HelpDesk_Download/?model2...

Have you tried to update your laptop display and USB driver as well?

Or if possible, if there is another laptop you can connect and cross check?

Thank you.

Hi Blake,
Yes, that is the ASUS MB Series USB Monitor Driver for Windows OS driver version 10.0 on below website that I installed. I'm not sure whether the laptop display or USB drivers have been updated. Where would I check and what would I look for? I'm not overly techie, just an amateur 🙂
Thanks

Thanks for your reply, and apologies for my delay in response. I've been v busy with study and no time to look into this. Whereabouts would the ASUS driver be in device manager? I looked under "monitors" and "portable devices" but couldn't locate it.

Thanks

Many thanks Raju, I did that and still the same result. Would the same thing happen with the USB drivers (windows creating new USB drivers)?
