ASUS TUF A15 (fx506iv) BIOS 311 Bug

Detailed description：
3 November 2020, i updated my bios from 309 to 311. But i've some bugs with my usb port. When using usb hub, on first port (beside hdmi port) will randomly disconnect and reconnect every 5 - 30 minutes. And without usb hub you cannot transfer file to android phone (cannot change 'transfer file' option on android phone). And for the second one (beside type c port) with usb hub i think no problem, but new problem if you connect your android without usb hub, it will connect and reconnect every 1 - 2 second.
Summary:
Problem First USB 3.0 Port (Beside HDMI Port):
With USB Hub, it will randomly disconnect & reconnect every 5 - 30 Minutes
Without USB Hub i think its normal, but cannot transfer file to android phone (only charging option)
Problem Second USB 3.0 Port (Beside Type C Port):
With USB Hub no problem occured
Without USB Hub (Direct Connect) Android phone will disconnect and reconnect every 1 - 2 second
I hope asus will fix this fatal bugs

this issue happened to me after updating bios to 313. Asus system control interface v2 is v2.2.33(the latest one) and myAsus app version is also latest(2.3.5).

Hello czarek,

Do you have another USB device, other than Redmi to cross check? or the cable?

BIOS 313 had fixed the USB port issue, we might need to dig in more to find out.

Hi,
I upgraded BIOS to rev. 313 again and I've connected my old Zenfone 3 and there's no problem. But with Redmi Note 8 Pro is still the same issue. I've tested different cables but there's no change.
And another observation: I have connected another monitor via HDMI port and when I change mouse receiver to USB port on the left side then mouse works OK until I go to the another monitor with YouTube film on it - then it starts to get lags - cursor jumps insted to move smoothly.
Oh and I have similar problem with my Garmin 830 but after upgrade to rev. 313 this issue was gone but not with my phone unfortunately.

May you feedback the Redmi Note 8 Pro issue to Redmi as well? we will try to see if we can duplicate it.
And for the mouse issue, do you mean the mouse is not working well on the external monitor? but on the laptop screen it's okay?
What kind of monitor and mouse are you using? May we check the DPI and the resolution?

Hlo, I've updated Asus System Control Interface V2 to the new version which was released 2 days ago. I hoped that the issues would fix but it didn't.
Also, there is an other bug which I forgot to tell. When you shut down pc or sign in after the laptop boots up, there is a lag in the circling animation. I have tested in my brother's laptop of same model. I also read this issue on reddit. Just letting you know to fix this issue in the next update.
