Hi @kawishika
Just follow this tutorial from Asus
@MotoWiZ that's working for NVMe drive thanks 👍. Touchpad still not working in installation setup but it works on Windows 10/11 or any support version. How do I fix this issue ?
Hi @kawishika
I don't remmeber if I had that problem, but if I did I think I've used keyboard tab to navigate.
Perhaps @Falcon_ASUS can assist you further in finding a solution for touchpad still not working during initial phase installation setup of Windows 10/11.
@kawishika
Please uninstall the Touchpad driver. After that, please install the chipset driver first, and then install the Touchpad driver again. Thank you.
Hi @Falcon_ASUS,
I think you misunderstood the problem. The touchpad is working fine in windows. What seems to happen is that touchpad is not working when you do a clean install of Windows 10 or windows 11, during this phase, see below picture,
In this phase you have to install nvme drivers and, I think touchpad doesn't work either. Is there a driver to make it work?
That's your question isn't it @kawishika?
just use TAB to select and ENTER to press, thats what i did, it is not a lot of clicks
@MotoWiZ Yeah 👍
I don't have your model laptop, but i have latest touchpad driver v16.0 it's .inf based file. You can install from device manager
