Detailed description:Hi all, same error here after an automatic update. There is no touchpad showed on Device Manager, second screen as normal, without touch capabilities, screen optimizer returned error 0x00000010. I've followed all the steps from all the topics related. This is my last time.

I can't use the laptop at all, as I'm afraid i need to reset everything again.
