We recommend referring to the following FAQ to check in the Device Manager if there are any errors with the audio device.
Alternatively, you can uninstall the audio device and then reinstall the driver to see if the issue is resolved.

Is BIOS version 309 GOP version 9.0.1085 EC version FOWL1104.30C the latest bios for this laptop.please advice
