Detailed description:
The laptop fan goes noisy when it is plugged into AC. Works fine on the battery. There is no dust that blocks the air vent. I first thought it was the problem with windows and I reinstalled it. But it didn't help.
I even tried updating BIOS to the latest version. Is it a software problem or hardware?

try with iubuntu live os , and see if same problems persists or not
Hello Thejas,
It is normal that when you plug in the adapter, the device is working more efficiently and more heat are generated.
So the fan would speed up to increase the radiation.
If the fan noise is only the spinning sound, please kindly understand it.
If there is other abnormal crack sound, then please the device to our service center for further examination.
Thank you.
