How to solve this problem? My zenfone max plus m1 doesn't sleep even after the inactivity time passes. My phone is set to sleep after 15 seconds of inactivity. The power button just locks down the phone but doesn't put it to sleep. But when phone is charging, it works normally. I did restarting but nothing changed.

Please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
**Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
