wifi network issues due to which i can't connect to EA servers

My fifa account or EA servers in not getting logined in due to slow internet recieved by the phone. However, the wifi speed is properly functioning but mobile sometimes automatically slows down the speed of internet or completely stops.

May I know which model of smartphone you are using?
If you connect your phone to other wireless AP, does the situation improve?
If the issue persists, it is recommended to first back up your data and then perform a system restore to determine if it is caused by a system error.
