Serious Charging Bug in Max Pro M2 (Screenshot Included)

I connected my phone to the out of box Charger and after 30mins the phone has only charged 4%. I was not even using it and the device temprature was very low. I know its not the fault of the cable because when I unplugged my charger and and plugged it again and it started working fine. I really needed the charge for an very important work! Forget about Android 10, It's been a year and Asus can't even deliver a stable android 9 yet. They should really change their tagline to "Asus In Search Of Bugs".

1. Kindly let us know the Charging time taken from 0 - 100%.
2. What's the charging time difference between the current & previous update.
3. Try another charger & let us know if there is any difference.
4. Use the ASUS charger on a different phone & let us know the difference.
