Zenfone 9 Screenshot Glitch

Hello all. This is my first time here so I'm not sure where to report this weird bug that I'm experiencing on my phone. I have a Zenfone 9 and the screenshot function (the one where you simultaneously press the volume down and power buttons) completely stops working after a while. When those two buttons are depressed no screenshot is taken, and the volume menu comes up instead.

Latest security patch 2023-04-05

It actually doesn't. When the glitch happens to me, neither this nor tapping the back of the phone works. All just lower volume instead
