New Zenfone 8 less than 2 months old the screen is locked! does not respond when 'swipe up unlock' only thing that happens is a voice reads what is on the screen for example the date and time the sound is not clear. I've tried holding down the volume down and power button for the allowed time this forces a reset, sadly it just goes back to the locked screen and garbled voice. Any ideas please?
No solution found sadly, I have to return it under warranty, even this is proving difficult as the courier hasn't contacted me even though Asus have emailed to say the are waiting for my phone to arrive. not impressed!
