Phantom Touches are still occuring on my Zenfone 8

I am pretty happy with my phones performance overall
Battery life, most of the apps I like using work, split-screen apps and multi-window apps glitch out every now and then but they aren't deal-breakers for me.
What is ruining my Zenfone 8 is the phantom touches on the screen. I have tried resetting my phone and it still happens, I tried the beta 12 release and it still happens. I would honestly like to just return my phone at this point.
