MobileID stopped working, not secure authentication now

Im using  MobileID (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_signature) as authentication process online to identify myself. While ago on my phone just stopped to show security code, which was sent from website (eg my bank) and I CANT compare they match or not.

At first I contacted my bank, and they said it is not from they side. Then I contacted my sim provider and they said that everything works fine from they side. 

So what lefts is phones manufacturer - Asus. 

Please Asus take a serious  into this, because with my phone Im not able to identify SECURILY myself online.

Nope, that is not issue with mobile operator, because I GETTING sent security code into my phone, but not see that security code. My mobile ID isnt expired.
