Cell Standby battery drain

Salvatore
Star III
Hi,
i'm experiencing seriuos issue about battery, it's being constantly drained by cell standby with abnormal values. It's actually draining more than the display, that's unacceptable.
Can you please provide a fix/solution ?
Zenfone 8 - hardware and software details attached.

Hopefully, now it's really poor with battery performance. The same with enabling volte/wificalling

I don't think much can be done without limiting 888. It is power hungry chip and ZF8 has probably smallest battery of all phones with that chip inside. It should be 4000mAh, but it is 3850mAh rated and even that is not correct. Most testing showed only around 3600mAh is available.
But it is not that bad in reality. If you are not really heavy user, it will last you full day with ease. For 4-5h SOT in a day is enough 80%. I

Well I have to disagree with the "testing" about the battery capacity. Most of the "testing" is done with the accubattery and it is really unreliable. For example if I drain my phone and charge it to 100% it shows my battery as 3900mAh, but if I charge it from 20 to 80% it shows my battery capacity as 2900, so I wouldn't rely on this at all. I think the battery is 4000 mAh as advertised.

3545mAh went from cable and there are losses at DC-DC conversion in phone(battery is not charged with 5V or more) and battery itself heats, so it uses some extra power. 3545mAh is really bad if he started at 0%. In that case in battery is maybe 3200mAh.
