Camera video problem /bug

My camera shoots video and the video changes speed.. I don't know why.
It supposed to be the same speed.. It's like freezes a bit.

If your talking about how the preview on your screen is delayed a bit, I think that's due to the video stabilisation which you can turn off on the video settigs on the camera app.
