Broken notification panel

When I open notification panel, I just got black screen with lines in the right and left

i recorded video and i upload to youtube with this bug to share with others... people needs information about asus team... this is NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!!! delayed security patches and firmware with bugs !!!!
