Wont turn on or charge

Hi
I just got this phone for new and it wont turn or or charge. Been charging for 30mins now, the charger works

I cant even boot the phone so can even use battery mode. And yes using the bundled charger

Right. So leave it plugged in for 8 hours today, and if you still are unable to boot it, then unfortunately you'll have to return it. I should point out that very few phones fail to boot after being charged this way. It's only something you have to do for the very first activation.

Yeah didnt help, charged it for 8 hours and still dead phone. Mby motherboard issue? Will return it
