fussion_ASUSI have tried clearing data and cache of the recorder and even checked in Safe Mode to see if the problem still occurs. And yes, it still does. Looks like I'll have to do a factory reset, which sucks.Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check for any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/
4. Last option would be to visit the service center to have a check. Locate here: https://www.asus.com/in/support/Service-Center/India

fussion_ASUSHi, yes. I've done step 1, step 2 and even went to the extend to do step 3. The screen recorder still is laggy and won't record the audio with the video at the start. Audio and video aren't properly synced. There you have it, it's not an issue of clean Installation. It's just the whole update. Fix this please. It's not an complicated issue unless the Devs are amateurs. Thank you. Hoping to see an update that fixes this along with the dozens of bugs that you guys have brought with all the previous updates.Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
