How to fix the SIM Card not installed?

========================================My phone suddenly can't connect to the internet.
And I found SIM Card not installed. And then it shows notification FOTAService has stopped working. 

I tried to restart my phone and then SIM Card was installed but it was not installed shortly. Then, I tried to open the SIM Card slot and put it back in, it still doesn't work.
Only SIM 1 which was not installed before and now both.

Did you do anything out of the ordinary that would cause this issue (update, install a certain app, etc)?
I would recommend that you save all your data a perform a factory reset on your phone. If the issue still persists, it could be a hardware problem that would require that you take the phone to the service center. Also, try testing out the SIM card on another mobile device to see if it's working properly.
