BIOS update for TUF-X299-MARK-2 motherboard

Question?

I have a machine that I need to update the BIOS.

My question is, since the "System Info" has the motherboard and BIOS separate OEM the suggestion was to find out the motherboard OEM. Since I've completed that step, which BIOS should be used motherboard or 3rd party BIOS maker. I contacted the 3rd party maker and they said to find out who made the motherboard, I'm here..
