battery overheat warning when charging

i recently manually updated my asus 6z, and now whenever i plug my charger, after sometimes it shows me that battery is overheating and the charging is stopped temporarily. is anyone facing same problem?

Do not unzip the .zip file and place it directly in the root directory of your phone. Then reboot. 

Can't you update firmware via FOTA?

Can't you update firmware via FOTA?

Not a technical guru, but i've managed to update the software via FOTA a few moments ago and currently when going to see info about software this is what is showing. I believe that this is what is required in order to fix the overheating of battery during charging. I am now trying to drain may battery to 15% and do a recharge for testing. Will come back with updates.
