I'm seeing the same overheating issue which actually sets my phone in a constant restart loop making the phone unusable. I'm also not seeing any updates on my device.

i have the downloaded file but how can i install it? how can i flash it
Do not unzip the .zip file and place it directly in the root directory of your phone. Then reboot.

Can't you update firmware via FOTA?
i want to do a fresh clean install of the full firmware

If you put .zip in the root directory and restart the phone, you can't update it. Use the following method to manually update the firmware.

If the phone is in an infinite restart cycle, it is recommended to check to the service center.

If you are unable to update via FOTA, you can download the update file manually.

Just recharged the phone after the update of firmware and can confirm that this issue is now fixed.
Thank you all for all your help and support! 🙂
