After upgrading to android 10 today, My phone is restarting randomly after every couple of minutes. Is this a known issue or has this happened to anyone else?

I'm sorry that your phone is affected, but yes this is a hardware issue. Please contact your local ASUS repair center.

I am having the same issue. I have been a beta tester and I never had an issue before the latest update. Sometimes the phone restarts with a long beep sound.

Update: The issue remains the same and becoming bit of a headache now. Out of no where it will suddenly start rebooting.

Reset your device. It will probably not help but maybe. If it still restarts after a reset, then you need to send it for repair.

Reset is just temporary fix. I have confirmed it.
