My zenfone 5z fast charging not working since a month. It initially shows fast charging symbol. But after a minutes, it shows slow charging.. pls help

This is a software issue I m also facing the same problem they will always say to reset the phone for any problem

Try to use another cable, or try cleaning charging port with small brush.

This is not about the cable, this is in software. Actually, the phone stops charging even when fast charging after 2 mins. This happens once in 2 days. Also, the fast charging ++ symbol with lightning , changes to no symbol at all exept the lightning describing slow charging, infact, when sometimes charging the charging itself goes on and off several times, and yeah, i dont have 5z as my primary device right now so i pretty much reset it every now and then. Pls resolve this issue.
