Dark Screen Issue on Asus ZenFone GO

Hi everyone,

Full dark screen on my Asus ZenFone GO, everything else seems to be working fine. When I press the power button, I hear an audio message saying, The screen is off, but nothing appears on the display its shows only black full screen. I have tried restarting, but still no luck.

Is there any way to fix this black issue, or could it be a software issue?

Based on your description, it seems that the screen is malfunctioning.
