Radiant White Screen Issue on ZenFone 10

Hi guys,

Radiant White blank screen appeared this morning when I picked up my new ZenFone 10 off the charger. No combination of button presses or holding seems to fix it. The phone is completely unresponsive just empty screen.

This is really disappointing after all the research I did before choosing this as my next device. I have only had it for about a week, and now I’m considering returning it and hoping the replacement does not have the same issue.

Has anyone else experienced this screen issue? Any suggestions for a fix?
