I can't send any messages. It always say "Message not sent. Phone number formatted incorrectly." Please fix it.

Please kindly update the firmware to the latest WW-14.02.1808.63 for a check. Have you denied the Android message app in the mobile manager app > auto-start manager? If yes. Please kindly change it into "Allow" and also kindly refer below instructions as below. https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1032105/ Thank you.
