Cannot transfer files using USB cable

Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my device? I literaly cannot transfer files to my computer. I used other cables but it won't work. I used other PC nothing happened. It does not appear on my pc. Please help thanks.

Could you kindly tell me whether your firmware version is currently on WW-16.0611.1901.1? (settings> system> about phone> software information) If yes. Please kindly refer below screenshots for instructions. Please also help me to check on the USB driver has been updated on your PC. Thank you.
