Zenfone 5z Z01RD not connecting to laptop

My Zenfone 5z Z01RD ZS621KL model last updated version,non rooted not getting connected to my laptop on windows 10 Lenovo yoga series laptop it's ONLY getting charged! I want to transfer my phone data to laptop, is there any driver issue ? My redmi 9 phone easily getting connected to laptop n option coming usb - charging,data transfer etc , what is this issue?I need urgent solution

I recommend connecting your phone to another computer for testing.
If the phone cannot be detected on other computers as well, it may be due to a faulty cable or a USB Type-C issue with the phone itself.
I would suggest taking the phone to a repair center for further examination.

It's driver related issue with this Zenfone 5z Z01RD which can only be solved with correct drivers but it's not available on Asus website
