Now it seems like fast charging have been switched off with the update.i request asus to please see this matter and fixed it as soon as possible...

I'm also facing the same issue from past 2 months.I am on the latest Firmware version 90.11.162.58 and the issue still persists.Asus only making promises to fix the issue but not bothering to actually fix it.

Asus are you listening to the complaint or not.I am on 90.11.162.58 version and still facing slow charging problem.I made a thread about this but you guys never bother to reply.When are you going to fix this?

The issue still exists please do something.I have visited the service centre with no success.They said that there is no problem with the battery.But the charging speed is too low and the device also heats up a lot while charging.
