2 months of no security updates. Where do I apply for a full refund? The phone was advertised with 5 years of security updates and many times there's months in between with no updates which is a security vulnerability and against Sale of Goods Act and before I file a formal complaint to the regulator (and possibly Advertising Standards Authority for the misrepresentation of the promise), I'd like to offer Asus one last chance to make this right by refunding my device ASAP.
Someone please get in touch with me as I have requested this before in a previous post. I will refrain from taking legal action until 31st January 2025.

To my knowledge, this model still offers updates and maintenance.

Hi, I can't remember what it said on the site at the time but I refer to the many reviews out there that stated "ASUS promise 2 years of OS updates and 4 years of security updates" but I haven't had a security update since November which leaves me with little reassurance... you will see ASUS Service Centre confirms 4 years security updates.
Why do we have to wait 2-3 months for a security patch every time? This leaves us vulnerable and as such this should constitute grounds for refund.
