As it has been mis-sold as having 2 years of updates and I haven't had a security patch since August and before that was May or something, I'd like to apply for a full refund for the device, the provision of which is not fulfilling the sales pitch promised under my local legislation.
Hardly any of my suggestions have made it into the backlog either and Telegram still crashes nearly every time I try to attach media.
Where can I apply for a full refund? I figure it's a better option than starting a class action law suit (I'm sure others are fed up with the lack of updates).

@Laura_ASUS @Mansi_ASUS I don't want to enroll in the preview just to get a security patch update. Either drop the full 15, or drop a security patch. The August one is too old for what is promised, otherwise share the refund process.
