Low sound and volume

Hi! After i updated the version of my asus phone to oreo, the sound and volume has been affected. Its now very low eventhough that its on a high volume. How to.resolve this?

Hi shoukvincamacho, Is your model ZD552KL? Kindly provide me your firmware version (Settings > System > About Phone > Software information). Is the volume low when using speakers/earphones/bluetooth? What kind of apps have this problem? Could you provide us a music link, and tell us in which part of the music does the volume feel low? Could you recall your previous firmware version? Thank you 🙂
