Someone please helps me and advise.
I bought a Zenfone 10 online and wanted to cancel the order before it get shipped but due to some miscommunication it got shipped Now after several conversation my return got approved but then there is no response for a week from them. I approached Consumer affairs Victoria. they, said after certain Business days I should be able to lodge a complaint > I gave enough days, and they keep sending me same reply that your return got approved but nothing further. I am now sitting without a phone for almost 1 month.
WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE stepping into depression now.

May I ask where you made the purchase? Do you have an order number?
