Hi,
Just encountered this twice this past few days.
Sometimes when I place or receive a call - there is no sound coming out of the the headset speaker. I can only hear the other side via the phone speaker.
Phone restart fixes the issue (but it showed up again today) - guessing it's a software issue.
Phone: asus zenfone 10, firmware version: 33.0220.0220.89

Can you please mention the name of the headphone model?
Also, do you experience this issue with the default phone app or with some specific calling app?

Thank you for your reply.
I meant the headset itself... Without anything connected. Just the normal headset speaker... The loudspeaker of the phone works all the time. The small one (close to the ear) isn't.

The issue with no sound from the headset speaker during calls on your Asus ZenFone 10 may be a software problem. You can try updating your phone's software to the latest version or contact Asus support for help.

Thank you for your reply, but this is why I have added my firmware version.
This is the latest version as of right now (as far as the phone update feature gives me).
Anyone else encountered this?
