I can't use the phone as a phone

During calls my earpiece will not work, and i can't hear the person on the other side.

It works well using speaker phone and both wireless and wired headphones though. 

Any solutions available?

Same issue just started for me today. Im out of warranty. Is there a fix??

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'll forward the issue to the R&D, however, before I do that I'd suggest you perform an SMMI test to check if the speaker is working:

• Open the calculator app, type " .12345+= ", then SMMI Test Interface will pop up
• Select "single test" and then "Receiver test"

I have done that, and there were several issues it looked like. But I didn't find a way to save the results.
