Can't access my phone files on Windows 10 (unrecognized hardware)

Hi, On my new phone, when I connect it to my computer, after choosing "transfer files", I don't see the Zenfone on the file explorer.
I've got this error in the device manager.
There is no driver available on the Asus website, neither on Windows Update .

Any ideas ?

I've already tried all my usb port, and multiple cables.

This cables work on my work computer, with Windows 10 too.

Have you tried enabling USB debugging under Developer Options?

Thx, it's was not working with android 13, but now it's working on android 14.
