Darktears31 in some cases antivirus solutions will not work. I given general troubleshooting shoots o gave.
I don't have your model laptop, I have normal' laptop without turbo fan mode.
But I added more enhanced security measures to windows 10. I use driver's from nvidia, Intel generic drivers from official website. Asus does not provid latest drivers..
I think asus optimization drivers and it's file doesnot compatible with your running windows. Did you checked- windows event logs for troubleshooting shoots steps.
Some Times , if drivers get corruped or violates by kernel WHQL , then to prevent hardware damage, windows will automatically shutdowns, I seen many cases.
You must install 64bit signed drivers it's should pass the WHQL test.
All Device drivers like .DLL and .SYS, and .CAT three must be signed by driver manufacturer.
I don't have asus optimization software, but I can use all hotkeys functions

Sure but in my case I know for sure it's asus software. And all my drivers are either from Asus for my particular model or coming directly from Microsoft. I'm not worried about not having proper drivers.

I'm running the latest stable (non-insider) commercially available Windows so I don't see why it wouldn't be compatible. The log clearly shows that AsusOptimizationService triggers the shutdown for no reason. Since it's proprietary software there is no other debug I can do (the event log doesn't show anything relevant).
