Zenbook DUO UX482, how do I add apps to the app launcher.

Detailed description：
I open the App launcher by pressing the 4 circles , I then try and drag an app from the start menu into the App Launcher. it displays a small message next to the dragged app that says "Link". When I let go the mouse button the start menu closes and the app is not add to app launcher

That FAQ does not help, the question is how do I add apps to the Asus Launcher from the Windows 11 Start Menu. According to the instructions I can drag and drop but that does not seem to work

Hi
As you can see from the video I am trying to add "Microsoft Edge" to the Asus App Launcher on the Duo Screen
I press windows start
open the Asus Launcher
I select the Microsoft Edge
Drag Microsoft Edge to the Asus Launcher
The word "Link" appears on the Edge Icon
I drop it but the Edge icon does not appear in the Launcher
