@paulsing
Please refer to the following FAQ for troubleshooting.
Thank you.
That FAQ does not help, the question is how do I add apps to the Asus Launcher from the Windows 11 Start Menu. According to the instructions I can drag and drop but that does not seem to work
@paulsing
Could you please provide me with a video confirmation of your operation?
Thank you.
Hi
As you can see from the video I am trying to add "Microsoft Edge" to the Asus App Launcher on the Duo Screen
@paulsing
I have forwarded the information to the relevant department. We will keep you updated and your consideration will be very much appreciated.
@paulsing
Please refer to the following operation methods.
The icon which be pinned in Windows Start Menu cannot drag links to ScreenPad, you can only link icons on the desktop to the ScreenPad.
Thank you.
Thank you for the feedback, it is working on my system
You need to create a a clear instruction page / video for the Screenpad+ functionality bedsides the marketing video on the page there is no Guide or manual that cover all of the functionality. The guide on the laptop does not cover even half of the functionality available and how to use it or configure it.
