Detailed description：
Hi please help,
I suspect its software issue that causing this connection issue. I tried another laptop and both works fine (mainly external monitor display, cables). For this model of laptop, my laptop will prompt the connection sound and tries to display to the 2nd monitor. But the 2nd monitor keeps saying no signal.

I solved this problem by manually updating my display adaptor from:
https:    //w w w.asus.com/suppo rt/Download-Center/
(delete the spaces)
and trying out what problem is it residing from:
https:// www. windowscentral .com /how-fix-your-second-monitor-not-being-detected-windows-10
