Double tap minimum and maximum speed (which is usually depends on this setting) makes no difference. 😕

Confirmed by the relevant unit, we use the same laptop for testing, without repeating the situation you described. Since this function belongs to the Microsoft , it does not belong to the ASUS function. We would recommend you report your situation to Microsoft. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
