Windows update 2004 fails then breaks Screenpad

Detailed description：Windows feature update is now showing in update but fails on installation and then breaks the screenpad. Is there a BIOS update coming to fix this? It is now October some months after this release.

Which KB update exactly? or the main update to Windows 2004?
and what happened after the update? what did it break? how did the screenpad plus look link after the update?

When I try to update mine to 2004 it bluescreens with the error "Worker_invalid"
BIOS 308 and laptop is brand new so hardly anything installed on it

My UX581GV failed on updating to version 2004, but today I managed to update
Windows 10 Pro to version 20H2. (Three weeks old computer).
