why does my leptop is not waking up from sleeping mode

Battery or AC: Battery
Description: Whenever I select sleeping mode or leave my leptope for more then 10 minute untouched I need to press the power button for more then 5 sec in order to shut it down and then press it again to turn it on. the power button is flikering when th computer is supposed to be sleepping.
Model: ux461un
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
Reset OS: No
